What contact data we show, and how to have it removed

Messages from our contact form

When you send a message from the contact page, we store your name, company, email and message so our team can reply. Only our team can read these messages.

What we show in Project Intelligence

On a lead we may show a work contact for the company behind a project: a person’s name, job title and company, with a work phone number or work email exactly as the company or a public record published it. Some contacts are a general company line or website, with no person named.

  • Work details only, as published. We never show home addresses or personal phone numbers.
  • Every contact shows where it came from and how current it is, for example “State Mine Directory 2025 · as of Jan 2026” or a company release with its date.
  • From SEC filings (such as Form D) we take a name and role only.
  • A person on our team approves each contact before customers can see it.
  • Contact details are visible only to customers who are signed in, not on the public web.

Where it comes from

Company websites and news releases, public government filings and state records. The source of every contact is linked on the lead page.

Ask us to remove a contact

If you are listed and want your details removed, email matt@pivotservicesmining.com with your name and the company shown. We hide the contact everywhere as soon as we handle the request and keep only a note so it is not added again.

Customers can also send the request from this page after signing in.
